Dan Gorman
Dan Gorman, founder of United Property Group, is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
He is a member of the National Apartment Association and the Cincinnati Real Estate Investors Association, as well as the Fort Thomas Planning Commission, Entrepreneur's Organization, the Fort Thomas Education Foundation, and the Site Based Decision Making Council of his local elementary school. He has been awarded the prestigious "40 under 40" award by the Cincinnati Business Courier, and founded the Hope Resource Center, a non-profit organization that seeks to help low income families have access to the services they need to thrive. In 2013, Dan was awarded the John Barrett Entrepreneurial Vision Award.
In 2013, Gorman started a company to build affordable homes in Rwanda, Africa.
Heather Lacey
Heather is our operations manager and company accountant. She has an accounting degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She has worked for various CPA firms and property management firms, and has had the opportunity to practice accounting in Canada, Australia, and Scotland.
